Wash synthetic dreads every 7–10 days using shampoo foam or diluted shampoo. Do not brush the dreadlock sections or braids.

Gently separate loose curls with slightly wet hands if needed. Do not brush the loose curls, and avoid aggressive detangling, rubbing or sleeping with the curls loose and tangled.

Use mousse or a light styling product to help maintain curl definition if the curls start to separate or frizz.

Let the set air dry fully after washing. Avoid heavy heat styling unless you know exactly how the synthetic fiber reacts.
